These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the "Media Buyer Agent" application (the "App") operated by Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our").
The App is a private, internal tool. It is not offered to the public and is not made available for use by any person outside Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC. Only personnel authorized by Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC and granted a role on the App in the Meta App Dashboard may access or operate it.
The App is used solely to manage, analyze, and optimize advertising assets owned or operated by Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Any use outside this scope is prohibited.
Data accessed by the App — including ad performance, creative assets, and page-level engagement metrics we own — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, authorized personnel agree to handle such data in accordance with that Policy and applicable Meta Platform Terms.
Use of the App is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Standards. We will not use the App in any way that violates those policies, and authorized personnel must comply with them at all times.
All code, configurations, prompts, creative assets, reports, and other materials produced by or used in connection with the App are the exclusive property of Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC, except for materials licensed from Meta or other third parties, which remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the App or the data it processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robinson Enterprise Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the App. Our total liability in connection with the App is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amounts actually paid for access to the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" above will be updated to reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
